THE FREE GIFT OF SALVATION

Romans 10:9, 10

“If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

As you can see by this scripture, God has made salvation easy for everyone to obtain. The Bible tells us, in 2 Peter 3:9, “God is not willing that any should perish,” so we can see why He made salvation so easy for us to obtain. If you desire salvation - the assurance of eternal life with God in heaven - then simply pray this prayer.

God I recognize that I am a sinner, and I am in need of a savior. Therefore, I accept Jesus Christ as my personal savior and ask You to wash away all my sins. I believe that Jesus Christ is your Son and He died on the cross for me. I also believe that You raised Him up from the dead, and I ask Him to come into my heart and make me a new creation. I confess Jesus Christ as my Lord.

Now that you have confessed Jesus as your Lord and believe in your heart that He was raised from the dead, you are saved!
